Stacey Margaret Jones, M.S., M.F.A., A.P.R., lives in Conway, Arkansas, but grew up in Laura Ingalls Wilder's Little Town on the Prairie, De Smet, South Dakota. She has published short fiction, poetry, essays and articles in national and regional outlets, as well as being a columnist for Sporting Life Arkansas and Rock City Eats. She also works as an independent market research consultant. She has her MFA in creative writing from the Arkansas Writers Program at the University of Central Arkansas, her master's in communications management from Syracuse University, and her undergraduate degree in elementary education and English literature from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. She teaches university courses in public relations and writing. She is still revising her first novel, and is a a marathon runner, avid traveler and devoted mother to her three dogs and cat.
