Felicity Skelton is a Senior Lecturer in English Literature and Creative Writing at Sheffield Hallam University, UK. She writes short stories and poetry. Her story, ‘The Problem of Space’ is in Unbraiding the Short Story ed. Maurice A. Lee (CreateSpace Independent Publishing 2014), ‘The Curate’s Wife’ is included in the Red Room anthology (Unthank Books 2013), and 'Geography' is in Overheard: Stories for Reading Aloud, ed. Jonathan Taylor (Salt 2012) which won the Saboteur Award for Best Fiction Anthology 2013. A collection of stories, Eating A Sandwich, was published by Smith/Doorstop in 1999. Her doctoral thesis is on contemporary Canadian short fiction.
